I Shravi Rathi had purchased HTC One from "Mobile World" shop rohini on 22/05/2014 and had an extended insurance from the company TMS PLUS. Somehow my phone became dead without any warning within 3 months and we registered the complaint for the same on TMS PLUS. My phone was picked on 21/11/2014 and got a very poor service.I have still not received my phone and the employee of the company is so rude that when i asked for my phone to return and the reply I got was "i will give your phone tomorrow but I cannot promise that it would be in good condition" and this was very dissatisfying and rude.I m sorry but I am highly disappointed with the services and process and this is very frustrating.I want a quick action for this and the phone being uncertainly dead.
