HTC — Fault

I purchased a HTC desire 816 in October, 2014. Now the handset is not working. I went to the service station they say they will take 25 days to repair the phone. I asked them to give me a stand by phone. They told me to call at[protected]‎. I called on 23/3/2015 they assured me that a stand by will be provided and gave ref no 15IND[protected]. I was told to contact the service station but in vein then I again contacted the customer support on[protected] they to;ld me to visit the service station after 48 hrs. I again visited the service station at Ranchi but in vein. Again on[protected] I called up and again I was told to visit service station after 48 hrs. They are bent upon to harass me.
