[Resolved]  HTC — Frequent Loss of CDMA Signal in E8 and lack of knowledge of staff at Service centre

I have purchased handset of HTC company named E8 Dual white. Since purchase there has been problem of CDMA signal. I have changed SIM CARD from the service provider of CDMA network on 3 occasions but the problem still persisted. Then I decided to move to HTC service centre and on 1st occasion my handset was deposited for about 1 week but the problem was not solved so I had telephonic talk with the Customer Care of the company they said that my motherboard was changed. On 2nd occasion my handset was deposited for about 2 days and on 3rd occasion they said that request the dealer to change the handset. There seems lack of knowledge among the staff at the service centre and the response at the service centre is very poor. I had purchased this handset specially for CDMA network. I seek replace of handset from the company.

I am having same issue with htc e8. i have to restart phone to get my signal back. This happens every hour.
Very bad experience with the phone.
