Sir One of the worst customer service experience. After speaking to multiple customer support representative and escalation team, I am convinced HTC trains its customer service employees on how to harass a customer. My HTC DESIRE 700 has been in the service centre since 25 NOVEMBER 2014 and I keep getting told that the problem will be addressed soon. I must have spoken to them several times since submission of hand set at tvse service centre Kurla. (mostly listening to hold music). And this is not the first time my device has gone to the service centre. In last instance after buying handset I went to service centre for battery drainage problem they checked handset and returned saying you remove du battery saver app. And it will be ok, but after uninstalling app nothing changed., this time that the device has been sent to the service centre, for various reasons. I was informed that mother board and touch panel needs to be replaced that means almost 80% thing in instrument needs to be changed and spare for the same needs to be imported from HTC main office in Taiwan . So I request you I cant wait for long time without phone and asked for replacement.Hands down, its the works customer service department where the meaning of the word "customer" has been redefined. I wish HTC paid little attention to this important aspect of product line such as Smartphones.
