HTC — harassment regarding my newly bought phone

dear sir/madam, Dear Sir/Madam, i have purchased 1 htc desire v with imei no.([protected]) on 29/5/2013 from M/S National Radio Products 1/Biplabi Anukul Chandra Street Kolkata-700072. vide their cash memo no. 3573. Since the day of purchase i have faced several problems with my mobile handset like lcd panel abnormality, the device hangs very frequently and freezes about 5 times a day, it shuts down suddenly even if the device is fully charged. i had visited your service centre TVS Electronics LTD. (100 Raja Basanta Roy Road Kolkata-700029), once wherein they sorted out the problem by making me wait a few hours. Thereafter again due to the above problems i deposited my handset on 16/10/2013 and received it after necessary rectification on 20/10/2013. in the service report it is mentioned "replace lcd w/Touch window & bezel" after wit hin 3 months it again started causing more or less the same problem that being consant turning on and off and phone hanging frequently. the device corrupted two of my newly bought memory cards. so it had to be taken to the service centre again. but the experience there was most undelightful. they could tell me nothing what was wrong and the took the handset for repair on 29/1/2014. they called me saying that it had been fixed. on asking they said that the phone's mother board was changed. and they couldnt give any gurantee as to if it would work properly. it has been a month since the last repair and it has again started causing the same problems. i am very tired of htc s service and device quality it has not even been a year and it has already been submitted 3 times. i thought it necessary hto notify the consumer forum regarding this tiresome problem and harrasment as my warranty period will be over in another 2 months. it is my humble and strict request that you look into the matter and arrange for replacing the device and arrange for some other device. thanking you, souryadeep mazumder son of kaushik mazumder([protected]) 164/10/2 lake gardens, kolkata-700045
