Dear Sir/Madam, I am Tripti from New Delhi. I purchased a htc brand i.e. 816G mobile set bearing unit S/N LC523YE41177 and IMEI No. [protected].. I might have used the set for 15/20 days, then I realised that the microphone recording of the set was not working. As a result, no one able to hear my voice (outgoing voice issue). I had submit it to service center for repairing for 15 days and collected a repaired set on 13/05/2015. On 14/05/2015 from morning the same problem started in my phone again. I am very disappointed with this. Again I went to services centre and they submitted it again for 20 days. The Ticket No. is 15INA[protected] and Job No. is DEL[protected]. This is very inconvenient for me as services centre is not provided any stand by phone. My daily life is very suffered without phone. HTC is a big brand name. If Mob. set visits service centre twice within a month, it means that the set certainly is a defective piece. Hence it is strongly suggested and requested that the present Mob. set be replaced with the new 816G set which is not a defective piece. Hope HTC would protect the Brand value of the Firm.
