I bought a brand new HTC 620g Handset & within 2months of its purchase i started facing issues. & i visited the HTC service centre of Kolkata which again a Painful experiance & i have to submit my Handset over there & they stated that it will take minimum 20days to replace a small part. I submitted the handset on 10th March & now its approximately 60days & no response & in order...& No way to contact them & get an update. HTC very poor After sales service.
