Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased my HTC Moile Desire 600 on 24th July 2013. But since last one month Iam facing problem with my mobile it is completely dead my Complain no- 14INA[protected] after getting it repaired from the HTC service center under warranty i received my mobile back after a weeks time.
On receiving the same mobile used to get charged sometime & sometime it would not & even it used to get autocharged i.e. no charger was connected to the charger but still it was getting charged.
So, again after using it 2-3days the mobile was once again completely dead and for the same complain I gave back my mobile under warranty repair for second time. After receiving back the same after a weeks time the same problem persisted.
Immediately I gave back my mobile at the service center for the Third time on 26 July 2014 but my mobile is lying with them at the collection center only as the collection center is not able to create a complain number for my mobile.
On contacting Htc I was told that it will take more time as they could not process the complain.
HTC are cheating their customers and using cheap tactics. It is an harassment for customers to go at HTC collection center as they have to wait in queue for 3-4hours for their number to come and after taking so much effort also it all goes in vain. And on asking to HTC service center at their toll free number for the status of the complain they are dumb over the issue as they do not have any idea for the same.
I asked them to give me a replacement as twice they had unsuccessful repairs for the same one of their representative reply was that HTC does not have any replacement or refund policy.
Every time on contacting the HTC customer care number u have to wait on hold for 1/2 hour and again for representative to check the status u have to again stay on hold this tricks are just to harass the customers.
Secondly, it is a great risk o[censored]sing this HTC mobile as it is getting automatically charges even if it is not connected to charger and if any of such incidents happen with this mobile like that one can daily read in newspaper regarding some cheap Chinese make mobiles Iam not ready to take that risk.
I request you to kindly look into the matter as HTC people are unnecessarily dealying the matter and help me get a replacement or refund for the same.
