HTC — HTC Desire 816 phone has multiple issues

I have bought this phone on 12th Oct 2014 as on date i have multiple issues, Mentioned below : Battery drains out so quickly Charger heats up so badly Phone network bars does not appear at times Phone goes off with no good reason Applications act so strangely at times Charging slot and ear phone slots dont work most of the times When i went up to HTS service center in gurgaon ( Grand Mall ) they refused to accept all the above issues however when i visited second time with all my frustation then they just said that they can replace the mother board however Tell me one things : HTC BEING THE BRAND NAME CANT EVEN CHAGE THE PHONE OF THE CUSTOMER WHO ARE HAVING MULTIPLE ISSUES. I SWAER IF THEY DONT CHANGE IT THEN IF NEED BE I WILL OPT FOR LEGAL FORMALITIES. REGARDS Deepesh [protected]
