HTC — HTC Desire 816 power button issue

Team HTC, I had purchased an HTC Desire 816 handset last year and within a year I have been facing problems with the power key on the top left side og the cell phone. I visited the service center in malad mumbai and the service rep asked me to hand over my cell phone and the same will be repaired by 7 days (service report number QKS[protected]). I have been calling the center for latest update, with no response from their end.. Reqest you to please provide an update and repair/replace the cell asap. PS. The cell is under warranty period..
