i bought this phone on 30/11/2014 from rohini, delhi and was facing problem with the battery life and heating, i waited for the update to come and even after that the phone didn't improve on any front . i submitted my phone on 8/4/2015 to service center in rohini and i was assured that in 8-10 days i will get my phone with issues of overheating and low battery life resolved. but it has been almost a month and still the estimation date is 16/5/2015 without any confirmation. i contacted service center and every time after holding on the phone for 30 min, i was just assured with excuse of part being unavailable. neither i m being told what part could be damaged in such short span and i am bearing the cost of some manufacturing defects.i am not being helped at any level by company, just four month old phone and its in service center for more than a month. i am harassed with such a long wait, i even had to buy a new phone to keep my work going . please help me out with it . i am fed up of waiting on calls and taking leave specially for this purpose. one and a half month wait is too much at my level. i request you to support, it will be a big favour
