HTC — HTC Desire 826 Touch screen issue

I bought my HTC Desire 826 on 19th of June 2015.The first problem I faced was overheating. After a month of operating, I found that touch is not working properly. I have to tap 5-6 times for the touch to work. When I googled, i found out this is an identified problem with this model of HTC. Most of the customers are facing the same issue after one month o[censored]sage.
