I had bought a new phone htc desire 828 dual sim d828d on 23 jan 2016. Since that time it has been regularly getting hanged and not working properly. It has been send to service centre for repair but time and again it causes problem. Uptill when will this continue ? Buying a new phone and consistently sending it for repair i couldn't even use it. The htc customer care has provided me with no help. I demand htc company to replace this product as it has a manufacturing defect.
The service centre gives me no guarantee of my phone working well and how much more money can i spend on it by regularly sending it for repair. Apart from that my trust in the company has been shaken. It was a new phone launched in jan 2016 and uptill now it's parts are not available easily in service centre for which they keep my phone with them for month time to repair it. Either way i am at loss after buying it and the company doesn't respond to request of replacing the phone. The company doest provide guarantee, they do not respond to complaint send to them on mail.
I demand :-
Either refund back our money or replace it with a new piece.
