[Resolved] HTC — HTC has worst after sales service, waitiing for device since 1 month.

I have a HTC Desire 500 handset with IMEI number [protected]. The yellow patches were coming on my screen and I handed it over to TVS Electronics Ltd, Sec 47-C, Chandigarh for repair on 7-Nov-2014. The service record number allotted to me was QFS[protected]. The mobile number mentioned in my complaint was [protected]. When I went back to collect my phone on 15-Nov-2014 they handed it over to me, but the display was not coming. Service center people informed me that there is issue with motherboard and it need to be replaced. I submitted my phone again for repair. After that I have followed with HTC Care number[protected]. But still I am getting response that motherboard is not available yet. Already more than three weeks have passed. All my contacts and many other details are in phone and it is impacting my work. Do not know where to raise it, it is seriously a lapse on part of service by HTC. I cam be contacted at[protected].
Regretting my decision to buy HTC phone.
