HTC — htc mini one given for service from last 3 months

Dear sir/ma'am I have given my htc mini one set to radhakrishana mobile center in gorakhpur utter pradesh from last 3 months just to change switch on/off button.but still I have not got my mobile and there is no response also what is the status of my mobile and mobile was under gaurantee period till that time..even I have talked mr.dheeraj kapoor he is some seniour member of your sales field for up division 1 month back but from there also I have got no response.pls see to this matter I can just requiest only.
