HTC — HTC mobile Desire 526 Bad quality

I have purchased one desire526 from Shubkamna Mobile Mahasamund Chhattisgarh India 493445 one month back..but the mobile phone become scrap like.. and when contacted the seller they told that company is not giving services.. Then who is responsible for the bad quality of the mobile.. please look into it..My last resort is to go to consumer court. Please contact me on the following numbers.
