Dear Sir /madam, i am a customer of htc desire SV mobile and I purchase this phone in Salasar retail pvt ltd gurgaon and some problem comes in my mobile phone and I went to service center they issue DOA but Dealer (PALAM VIHAR GURGAON) not changing my htc phone . I am a customer who is suffering last 2 month i request you to please resolve my problem thanks and Regards
