HTC — HTC Waste service and they are not giving proper response

Hi I bought HTC desre X six months ago.I got mic problem and i gave it HTC authorised service center in ameerpet near image hospital hyderabad. At that time they told me 7 days time to repair it. But after seven days dey told me may be it will take more than 1 month to repair because in india no stock available and people not responding when we called. my suggestion is don't buy htc mobile because we dont have proper service in india.

I have had a really bad experience with HTC Service centre in Ameerpet. On July 18th i had given my HTC One V for service. It has a battery problem and they told me it will take just 3-4 days to find out the issue and if the battery needs to be replaced it will cost 1500/-. But for few days i was not there in the city and i could not go and enquire about it. i tried to call them a lot of times with the number they provided, but it was switched off. After 2 weeks when i went there to take my mobile back, they told they had an Audit and in that mess they lost their locker keys where the mobile has kept. I guess they don't have my mobile with them and it is lost. I don't have any idea what to do now. Please suggest me.
