HTC — i have bought a htc 826 . n its the worst phone i have purchase

i vikram jit singh have purchsae a htc 826 dated 28/04/2015, from last 3 days atlast i got the customer care center.ticket no-151NA[protected] .JOB NO :DEL[protected]. i touch is not working properly and heating problem . n battary last 4-5 hrs only. they told me it will takeMINIMUM 15.DAYS-OR IT WILL TAKE 20 day n you will get new one.. HOW A CUSTOMER CAN WAIT FOR 20 ODD DAY???? IS IT POSSIBLE. n they even didnt have any substitute phone for that. as we hear brand name htc n bought a good phone but in reality now i have seen how good is its service...
