HTC India — Back camera repair

I have htc m8, i am using it since last two years, now it is started giving problem with back camera
i have submitted it to prajakta telicommunication solapur, maharaahtra n 11/8/2016
but still i have not got any call from them
when i called to htc service centre to know about my cell .they were keepbtelling me so they still dont have any idea
i have been contacting them since 5 day and yet no reply
