HTC India — battery damaged within one and a half year

Htc desire 828 / imei no [protected] purchased on 10/07/2016 /battery damaged one month back/ battery not available in kolkata and cost has been told 3000/ within this short time i am unable to purchase battery of 3000 rs please provide it at reduced cost/if so costly battery ineeds to be purchased within this short time after purchase thenthete is a question mark of it's success.
