HTC India — Can not hear the voice

This to inform you I have purchased a mobile hand set HTC DESIRE 828 on 11.1.2016 from m/s assam speaker house, Invoice no 11383 and mobile id no is [protected].
I have given 3rd time in servicing centre, my complain is I can hear the voice but no one can hear my voice, I have to open my speaker on, and have to talk on speaker, unless no one listen my voice.
Tomorrow I will go to the service centre again and give my phone to check.
I am requesting you to either change my hand set or solve the problem, other wise I will go to the consumer court
