HTC India — HTC 828 Replacement request

Hi Team,

I bought HTC 828 mobile in May 2016 but i am getting below problems, so that i want to replace it with new phone in good condition.

1- Heating problem after every 2-3 days, i have to do restore mobile again and again
2-Head phone jack issue
3-Waiting alert not working properly
4-Vibration not good

Please provide me address where i can complete replacement of my mobile.My mobile no is mentioned below.
