HTC India — htc desire 12 stopped functioning only after 15 days use.

I bought htc desire 12 on 18 th october 2018. It stopped working on 01st november 2018. It was submitted in service centre on 06 th november 2018. Even after 20 days i have not got the phone repaired. Nor i have been provided with the new replacement unit. Very very bad experience the this company. I think no one should think of buying htc product.
