Dear htc,

I sandip kyada (mob:[protected]) imei no is [protected], went to service center today and they took my phone for further solution and they asked me to call me after an hour to know the status and i am calling them since 12:00am in the morning and i called them more them 25 times they are not responding and then i called into htc customer service they are also doing same thing giving inappropriate answer.

This service center is worst in market. they don't understand what is customer care. i had purchased htc phone and in 6 months it was with htc service center for 5 month. never buy htc phone. if its work. you are lucky. if it has problem... more

There can't be bad people to deal with. poorest service, harassing behavior. adamant attitude. i wonder why htc carrying this burden. if i were in company, must had sacked this service center.

Very bad service from them not expected from such a big brand. they are not answering properly to customer, called them more than 100 time but not response from.. every customer has same issue but they are not ready to hear anyone. very bad server center in the world.
