I have bought my htc desire 828 on 03.05.2016 from m/s anmol watches & electronics (P) ltd., chandigarh. The set starts malfunctioning and i reported my problem at your service center at jalandhar on 13.05.2016. I got my set back after loading the whole software anew. The set again hangs up on the morning of 20.05.2016 and i approached again the same service center at about 5.00 pm. I again told to come on next day with again after loading software. I requested the girl at call center of htc on 20.05.2016 for resolving my problem permanently by replacing the set which is not functioning since i bought it. But she convinced me to get it resolved as the service center guys told me and i agree for that with telling her that if the problem will not resolve i should get a new set rather than coming again and again for getting it repaired. I went to your service center again on 21.05.2016 for collecting my set but still it was not working properly and guys at service center told me that it need to format and upload new software third time. I demanded the escalation system from service center manager mr. Ariz but either he didn't know or he didn't want to tell me. All engineers are not capable to resolve my problem. I left my set at the center because i was getting late to attend my office. I was so much harassed during all these because non of my fault.
I fail to understand why it is not working properly. I belong to jalandhar and working in a bank with posting in a far flung area which is about 30 kms away. I left home at 8.30 am and come back at 7.00 pm. I already has taken leave for one full day from my job to get the set repaired. I am not confidant that the same set will work again properly.
