I have purchased one htc e9 plus phone on 04.07.2015 from 'MULLICK INFOCOM', DURGAPUR, West Bengal. Just after few months under warranty period the phone started malfunctioning the service center people after a long time repaired the phone and again after some time the phone started malfunctioning after a very long time they replaced the phone and gave it to me on 31.03.2016 they handed over to me a new phone. Unfortunately just from 10.03.2017 again the new phone started malfunctioning with the same problem. The service center people denied to repair the phone without charge. Please let me know how the warranty period ends before one year, when replacement is being made with new phone.
