I bought a new mobile phone of HTC Desire 828 32 GB from a shop namely "The Mobile Solution" for Rs. 15990/- (copy of bill attached) on 16.04.2017. I suddenly felt problem in using touch of the phone only after a week. I instantly rush to a shop to change the tempered glass but the problem could not resolved and it was even getting more deteriorate. Then I finally reached the shop where I bought the phone on 05.05.17 and requested him to change my phone because I was not satisfied of phone. I asked the owner please explain the manufacture defect of the product but he could not convince me about the such a defect found in HTC phone within 20 days from buying the product.
This is my grievance that HTC is a brand and I bought the product only its name but I really dispoint that only after a week time my phone touch was getting worse. HTC should explain the manufacture defect of my phone and why i use repaired phone. If it is manufacure defect so why myself be a sufferer.
Being a customer please redress my grievance at the earliest.
