My htc is broke twice from inside the screen in last 2 months when it was in pocket, i have used many phones so far but this one is ridiculous. I have tempered glass that is not broken but the inside screen is dnt know howwwwwwwwwwwwww??

When i call customer service they repaired now again they say you have to pay.

And the soo called manager way of speaking is oh my god is this a professional language??
When i was not happy with the resoluiton to pay 7000, i wont, will never pay.
