I had purchased my htc desire 826 on 15 jan 2016 within 4 months my charger was replaced 2 times for not working, when second time my charger got replaced after 15 days i got charging problem with my mobile it was not getting charged so i took the mobile to the gallery but they didnt accepted mobile for repair because they said my previous issue of charger is not yet closed by company even after its repalcement so the gallery people said me to call to the company and ask them to close the previous charger issue so since last 2 months i am calling the company to close the charger issue so each time when i call them they say they have sent an e mail to highier authority call after 48hrs this thing is going on since 2 months i am very frustrated please please solve my problem
