I Ravindra Margaj purchased a Handset (Model NO HTC Desire 820 S) on 29th April 2015. It started giving problem so i had given it for repairing to the authorized service center at Kurla ( TVS Electronics Limited ) In Phoenix Paragon Plaza, Lbs Marg Kurla West on 02nd Dec 2015, As Per Technician of Service Center They Have Changed the Mother Board But Problem Persist Again, So I Again Approach The Service Center For The Replacement Of Handset Also Spoken With Customer Care Executive But My Request Was Turned Down and Mother Board Was Changed Again On 26nd Feb 2016, But Problem Still Continue So I Visit Again On 11Th Of May 2016 They Said That Handset Is OK And now Gone Of Warranty Period So I Was Helpless .. I Requested Every Time And Again but I Thing They were Waiting For The Handset To Go Out Of Warranty .. Please Take Necessary Action And Help Us To Either Refund My Money Or Exchange The Handset..
