HTC India — My battery is not performing

Dear team
I have purchased a htc desire 830, september 2016. My device gets switched off very often. I have done battery test, it failed. I have given my device to service center at kolkata, tvsc electronics, authorised centre of htc.
My job sheet number is q[protected], ticket no. [protected].
Now the service centre people are saying, they are out of parts, it will take another one week.
Is this the quality and service provided by you.
