Hi, I purchased one HTC Desire 820s Dual SIM phone before 4 months back and this is still under warranty. On 3rd July if have submitted the faulty Adapter to their customer service center which they have sent on wrong address but still i did not my Adapter after multiple follow up with them with multiple complaint but they are doing nothing and i am being mentally harassed by them.
