I was pruchased HTC DESIRE 828 3GB mobile from Friends Mobile, bhavnagar, gujarat on date 27/6/17. when i was play the video, sound of music is verry law and GPS also not working proper and indicating the wrong location that why i given my mobile in repairing at your Service Center, Bhavnagar. on Date: 16/3/17. MY tickets. no. is [protected]. when i was give mobile in repairing at you service center they tolled me that they will give me back my mobile within 8 or 10 days. but till today i has not been received. i talked several times your customer car service center no.[protected] but they were not given a satisfactory answer And they told me that my mobile phone parts will come from abroad Goods. they States from the last 6 days And they also say that according to company policy company repair mobile phone within 14 day.this letter to inform you that within 2 day from receipt of the letter Giving the return my repaird mobile phone Alternatives give new mobile otherwise i will fill complaint aginst your company.
