HTC India — New mobile one & half yr old not working totally

I purchased HTC moblie from M/s Wocky Tocky, Sakchi, Jamshedpur ( MOdel No. HTC Desire 816G, RSN no. [protected] ) on 23.03.2015.
On 19.10.2016 after expiry of warranty I found mobile does not have power nor can not boot, Immediately I rushed to your authorised service center at Jamshedpur ( M/s TVS Electronics Ltd, Bistupur ) & lodged the complaint. subsequently I was informed that mother board of the mobile is damaged & an amount of[protected] will be spent to rectify the mobile,

How does a mobile of Rs. 19000/- purchased about 1.5 yrs ago is damaged within this period, This seems to be defective mobile otherwise how it becomes defective within this short period.
We had a lot of expectation with this mobile that is totally lost now
Kindly do something so that mobile could be rectified at the earliest.

Updated by sasthi123 I purchased a renowned HTC model Desire 816G on 23.03.2015 for Rs. 19000/- from Jamshedpur ( M/s. Wocky Tocky, Sakchi vide receipt no. 26496 dt 23.3.2015, EMI / RSN no. [protected] ), after span of 17 months all of a sudden it was found " No power / can not boot "immediately I rushed to your service center at Bistupur, M/s TVS Electronics Ltd & lodged the complaint which was accepted for repairs vide service report no.6S[protected] dt 19.10.16. Next day I received a call from your service center saying that you mobile mother board is damaged & roughly 9000/- will be charged in case you want to repaire the mobile.

If a the mother board of such costly mobile is damaged within 17 months, then what is quality of such renowned company mobile. Kindly arranage to do the needful. You know now a days even 1000/- mobile is available in the market, why do I go for HTC mobile paying 19000/-because of its reputation and durability. Hope you will do some help to save the customer. my active mobile no. [protected]/ [protected]
