Sir,
I have 2 devices of htc at my home i. e. (htc desire 828g & htc one x9)
On 1st i would like to tell about htc one x9, i purchased this mobile on 15.9.2016 and till now i have given that mobile for service upto 4-5 times.. every time they use to tell that you may be having some software issue and it will take 3-4 days minimum. i gave my phone for service twice in a week and even they won't provide a stand by device. now i visited with my both device (x9 & 828g) to your service center because i was having speaker problem in htc 828 g and again they told me that it will take 3-4 days for both the device and they told that we don't have any spare phone so i connected them with your customer care executive and then they provided me a spare phone.. and today (30.11.2016) i went back to collect my device from service center they gave me my one x9 back and told that your another device will take more 3 days and they took my spare phone back. as it was mentioned on service report about the return date is 30.11.2016. without asking or providing any information they themselves extended the date, it is there responsibility to let the customer know about their device. after facing so many difficulties they are not providing me a spare phone. please do check the attachment below. sir i need a proper response from your side.
