Poor quality of product HTC Desire 620G. Purchaed this phone few months back and within short period of time, the phone stopped working and is not repairable. This is against the consumer interests and liable to be reported to the consumer forum for the refund of price along with damages of ₹ 50000 towards mental agony, harassment, torture and reimbursement of incidental expenses and loss of business .
