HTC India — poor response when visited to care. and service centre doesn't have any information regarding handset

I've submitted my htc desire 728 dual sim handset for service. My handset is getting automatically switch off. I've submitted my handset on 03/08/2017 but when i didn't got any response then on 05/08/2017 again i visited service centre. I found that they have not created jobsheet. And still service centre doesn't have any updates for my handset. When asked for alternative mob. Phone for use, they told me, "if you want mob. Phone we've to cancel your jobsheet request."
