My htc mobile-820 (Dec'14) troubling battery problems on warranty. Visited service centre of htc at koshambhi, handset was given in working condition except quick discharge. I hv been informed that mother board is not working & to be replaced @ estimated cost of 9000/- no service mgr/head were allowed to talk other than customer care executive. Complain inv. Sir last week i bought htc desire 828 dual sim mobile. But 4g volte software is not updated in my mobile. Arrange to update the same to enable me for 4G SERVICES.
