HTC India — Product in warranty period but not repair

Sir,
I have purchase a mobile, but some times it going wrong automatically but company not support me.
Mobile was 3-4 times going wrong automatically, last time mobile was totally dead. I reached at company service center. Company employees chek the mobile and submit center and gave me service report, furthersome day a call came from company and told me mobile not be repair by company without any cost. but mobile in warranty period, so what I pay..? So pls support me.
