Hi,
I had purchased an htc e9s dual sim vide imei number [protected], on the 14th of february 2016 the lcd got inadvertently damaged for which i had given the mobile to the tvs electronics limited kochi service center on 04th of november 2016. It has been more than 10 days but my phone is yet to get repaired. Five days back the service center guy had given the toll free number and asked me to raise a ticket as part is not available. Since then my calls are not being attended to get an update. I have paid an advance of rs 3, 000/- and there are no traces by what time i will get back my phone? I request action on the unprofessional behaviour of not picking up calls or not sending an update on the service request. I am being made to run from pillar to post for this. Today the htc team has said it will take another 10 to 15 days and my phone is lying at the service center unattended. If the service team is incompetent to get the part on time by htc why did the request and advance was taken?
