HTC India Pvt ltd — HTC did not repair Phone inspite of being on warranty

Hello Friends, I bought a Phone from HTC (M8) on 25th July 2014. Hardly, 10 month on to the purchase the screen developed cross lines on the top portion. When I gave the product to the service centre they said that they will not cover the screen under warranty.
