Dear sir,
It is very painful to convey that your service centre located in hisar, namely golden telecom, when i approached there for handset problem, they asked me tell the problem, i told them that i do not know nothing about handset, display is not being shown on phone & there might be some battery problem, they simply said charges for display are appox.4200.00 & for battery back up it will be around 1200.00, once again i said that you all are engineers, first you see what are the problems, they clearly cut said, you have to tell us the problem we can tell only the cost. I do not what kind of courtesy it was. I was totally shocked that because of such peoples, company goodwill was at stake, they were totally ruining the goodwill of the company. When i approached some outside agency, he merely changed the accessability of the phone and my phone was okay thus saved rs.4200.00 in a minute. Your service providers did not even took a little pain to see little bit setting of the phone. Such a hard & disgraceful experience i have ever had. Htc. Attending persons were mr. Ravi & mr varun jain.
Very bad experience.
