HTC India — repair of htc handset

My imei no-[protected]. Purchase date-26.01.2017.. Problem-bend slightly contacted to service centre at sahid nagar bhubaneswar and told by the official that bend is due to keeping the set in pocket and refused to repair within warranty. I argued the authority of htc to take my phone and examine the cause of bending and repair it unless i will move to the consumer court which cost u alot.. I purchased this phone at the cost of rs.15000/-.. Not lasted for even 8 months..
