HTC India — Rude response from htc authorised service centre, patna | |||||
I have submitted my htc desire 628 (Under warranty) to the authorised service centre at patna for fault in speaker. Service request bar code no. Qos[protected] dated 09.08.2016. I was assured that my mobile will be returned on 11.08.2016 after due repair. I have been calling at the provided inquiry no. ([protected]) since then, but there is no sincere response from the service centre. One occasion they said the defected part has been received & the mobile will be delivered on 16.08.16 morning. When i'm calling today (16.08.16- at 10:10 am) they have a new story and saying that the requested part has not moved from the h. O. And i need to talk tomorrow. When i further queried for authentic date for delivery of my phone, they rudely responded that i will have to wait for another week. I'm shocked about the way the person responded tarnishing the image of the company. (His way of rude respond can be heard from the recorded message). Now i want my phone back, but the repair centre is not responding. Please help!!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
