HTC India — Service centre not provide me my phone last two months

I am sumbmitting my phone as repairs in thane service centre, after 2 months they give me repaire phone and i paid there rs. 6253/- but i collect the phone and use it... That time i release the phone is not repairs properly... So i return back to submitting the phone on 22nd july 2016... But till days i cant recive my phone and also my cash.. So do needful action on that

I have purchased this device on 05 sep from day one I am facing an issue in a phone that upper part of phone is getting hot while charging or playing songs n videos. I visited service center three times but there is no resolution. I am now planning to go to the consumer court to file case against HTC as this is completely fraud with the customer.
