HTC India — Service Centre refused to provide service
Just a little over a year of buying the HTC mobile from the RCOM website, an issue developed with the charging socket and I was facing difficulty in charging it. The phone went dead because the charging socket was loose. Intermittently it was getting charged after I squandered a lot of time looking for the perfect angle to charge the phone. Seems like a very smalls issue. I went once to the authorized HTC service center at Malad West. I was said that the part is not available and was asked to come after some time. On the second visit on the 9th of July'16, they bluntly refused that they don't have the part and they asked me to get the phone repaired from a local vendor. I've a complete video of how rude the service center manager was. I took long to report this as I had given-up the hope to receive any resolution. I ended-up buying a new LYF phone, and the Rs. 33, 900 I had paid for HTC one E8 phone went waste. But all this is giving me a lot of mental agony. I have enough evidences of the lack of services of HTC. I want to drag them to court if I don't get a resolution. Was this information helpful?
