HTC — Issue in Replacement

Its Khadeer i bought HTC Desire 526G+ two months back but its getting hot while i'll talk or i'll use it for ten minutes and back door is peeling off its under manufacturing warranty it must be replaced but they are telling i have to wait till it get repaired.
