I bought new htc 516 desire on 1 Aug 2014, i found cracks on its edges on next morning while plugging for charging. When I went to my retailer he said "once product sold my responsibility completes know you have to go to service center". And now my frustating and irritating journey start with htc service centre, After taking leave from my office i went to service centre and they refused to take complain saying that i m 5 min late, after few days again taking leave i went and they registered my complain and gave me 48 hrs time again when i went their they said that i have to pay 5000 INR for repair, but i refused so, because it was not from my fault and they accepted it saying that come after 7 days and i also requested to replace my mobile with new one why should i use a repaired mobile, because it over heat while talking even for small duration and also it overheat while charging... but i m still suffering with this.
