HTC — lcd broken{OOW}

MY PHONE IS SUBMITTED TO "TVS ELECTRONICS LTD, HTC SERVICE CENTRE, CHATHURANGI, KARAKATT ROAD COCHIN" on 13 th july due to the complaint of display..they promised me to return the phone on 18 th july...now the time is over...they harrased me a lot because of i enquiring about my phone...i don't have a mobile for my excessive daily usage.i don't know where should i get better service..i trust in this compl;aint..you should take care about of your complaint...i think it is due to the shortage of spare...plz take care of this
